All submissions become the property of Cyclepath. We may use them for any purpose without compensation to you. By submitting, you agree to the terms and affirm that you are the photographer or have the photographer's permission to submit the photos.

Each photo entry should contain the following information –
•  Rider's Name
•  Photographer's Name
•  Trail Name and Location

By submitting photographs to Cyclepath, you accept these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions may be updated or changed without notice.

Copyrights

The photographer must hold the copyright to all photos he or she submits to Cyclepath. Photographs that violate the laws of copyright will not be used.

Any Photo's meeting legal challenges for copyright infringement will be removed. Photographers retain ownership of all copyrights.

Use of Photographs

Your photographs will only be used in the Photo Of The Week and/or Photo gallery sections. Photographs may be used on more than one occasion in the Photo gallery section.

All photographic copyrights belong to the photographers.
